With that in mind we charted a careful plan to grow into that area, while maintaining quality and service in the brown box industrial business. We currently maintain over 2,000,000 square feet of combined manufacturing facilities in order to answer, virtually, every possible corrugated requirement that may exist. Our latest growth area is centered around the installation of an Asitrade single face corrugator/laminator that will solidify our graphic packaging capability and set us apart as the leader in retail and industrial, corrugated manufacturing.

First things First

Originating in the brown box business, Orange County Container has crafted its reputation in graphic and display packaging by placing quality first. Consistent quality is a marriage between the very latest technology and processes with skilled personnel committed to customer satisfaction.

Once a job comes into the plant, it is logged into our computerized production system where every phase is scheduled then continuously tracked. When your job leaves design it will head out for printing plates, and/or lithographic labels and cutting dies. We have incorporated a number of controls to ensure maximum quality from each of our qualified vendors and make sure they understand the parameters we must work within. All labels, plates and dies are meticulously inspected before acceptance. Crisp printed images and color matching is important. Meticulous pre-press preparation is followed by superior execution. By maintaining a wide range of printing presses, in addition to die-cutting and laminating equipment, we have the flexibility to choose the best route for your job, the one that will give you the results you expect.

We Care

Orange County Container is committed to protecting our precious natural resources. We combine advanced technological methods with common sense solutions to eliminate waste. In every phase of our operations, we lead the industry in taking measures that are beneficial to the environment. We search for and use recycled and environmentally friendly material, including chemicals, solvents and inks that have minimal environmental impact. Our inks and varnishes are exclusively water-based and our packaging consists of 100% recycled content.

We have our own water purification system and recycle virtually all of our internal waste materials. Our industry recycles more tons of container board or corrugated, than any other industry, including aluminum.

As this company grew and facilities were added in different California counties and Mexico, it became increasingly important for us to develop and maintain the highest levels of environmental standards. All by itself, a simple corrugated box is an environmentally sound, high tech, high performance delivery system.
