CBC Nogales is housed in 200,000 square feet state of the art plant in Nogales, Sonora. It includes 125,000 square feet of manufacturing with an additional 75,000 square feet assigned for warehouse and distribution.

CBC Nogales has a complete line of converting equipment:

• 3 Flexo folder gluers
• 2 Rotary Die Cutter with in-line printers
• 1 Flat Die Cutter with in-line printer
• 1 7 color printer with UV coating
• 6 Gluers and stitchers
• 2 Slitters
• 1 Jumbo printer

CBC Nogales manufacture a wide variety of boxes from standard display to 7 color printer and a complete range of industrial die cut boxes.

Our customer base extends from Phoenix to South Sonora.

• High Graphic up to 7 color with UV coating in-line
• Large and Short run corrugated boxes and inserts
• Build-ups and assemnled partitions
• Full service foam packaging operations (Tj) with die cutting, laminating and extruding
• Full design service with a CAD sample table
• KANBAN replenishment and inventory control programs
• 911 (same day delivery)/24 hour turn around program, short run specialist
• Paper and packaging supplies and stocking programs for products such as chipboard partitions, pads, tape, v-board, bags and stretch film.
• Chipboard products via our parent company, Orange County Container in City of Industry, CA
