• ESD Protective Coatings (Electro Static Discharge).

Base functional products provide a specific attribute to the substrate. These are the staple products widely used in box plants.  They are generally applied in a single application.

• Water Resistant: Water resistance or water shed applications in which the package will bead water and allow it to slide off the package without disrupting the integrity of the structure (live plants, food applications for refrigeration or freezing environments, outdoor stage items).
• Oil & Grease Resistant: Eliminate staining of oils and grease (Machined/lubricated parts, baked goods, painting applications, other food products).
• Abrasion Resistant: refers to protecting a product from coarse liner to prevent scratches (Automotive parts, slip sheets, partitions and protective inserts, furniture applications).

The specialty items have been developed to address difficult applications involving multiple attributes.  We employ dual component systems to achieve the qualities desired. The combination of two products offers improved performance and maintains economic viability.

• Wax Replacement Series: Texguard, Meat release direct contact, Txgd 44, cold set glue, printable.
• Bakery Applications: Texbake, bake white, silicone bakery series.
• Silicone Release: Trilene, fishing line raw material, Poly Butyl Rubber, Asphalt, Crack Sealant, Molasses, Feed Blocks.
• STK: Maintains pallet integrity for slick surfaces and smaller packaged materials. Reduce stretch wrap consumption. Provides abrasion protection through cohesive contact.
